We are passionate about helping you make positive lifestyle changes and that's why on this retreat you will get the chance to work on your physical yoga practice (asana)during the morning yoga sessions, as well as soothing the mind and soul in the gentle evening practices. Nestled underneath the South Downs and edged by

woodland with far reaching views across the Sussex Weald, Tilton House sits impressively in the natural landscape.


The house was completely redecorated in May 2007, and all 7 bedrooms were decorated using natural materials. Every room has plenty of character and all have views over either the Sussex Weald or Downs. The garden has many mature trees, you could sling one of the many hammocks and relax to the sound of birdsong. For the more energetic there is a tennis court hidden behind a row of ash trees. The firepit in a woodland clearing provides the perfect setting for spinning yarns and stargazing as night closes in.




All meals are freshly prepared, healthy and nurturing to support your active weekend. Using organic and local produce, the foods during this weekend help support your wellbeing, cleansing and nourishing the body form the inside out and creating balance within.



Yoga classes are suitable for all levels, including complete beginners.
Yoga classes are taught by one of our co-founders Natasha. Natasha's teaching style is creative, encouraging and nurturing. The morning sessions are energising, fun and just the right amount of challenging with a lighthearted manner, leaving you feeling relaxed and smiling. Evening sessions are restorative and balancing to help calm the nervous system and restore body, mind and soul. Natasha aims to inspire people and support them in becoming the best version of themselves through the work that she offers.
