Mata Yoga offers a wide selection of classes, each tailored for the needs of the group or individual.  For more information please click on the options below for a class type that interests you.

Natasha’s vinyasa flow yoga classes are fun, creative, relaxing and rejuvenating. She pays a lot of emphasis on the breath and enjoys incorporating music, prose and bringing together mind and body. Her passion fuels her classes, letting you leave feeling restored, nurtured and with a smile on your face.

Group Classes

Natasha is currently focusing on private yoga classes, corporate yoga classes & yoga & wellbeing retreats and therefore doesn't currently teach any open group classes.

Autumn Course

Pregnancy

Pregnancy yoga classes offer ladies the chance to move their bodies, developing flexibility and strength. These private prenatal classes are a great support to women physically and emotionally during this time of great change in their lives, offering focus in breathing techniques, pelvic floor exercises, sound work, useful positioning and relaxation techniques for labour as well as time for contemplation. All of these factors can help with energy, relaxation and confidence during pregnancy, as well as helping with recovery after birth.

As a pre & postnatal teacher Natasha finds it an empowering and wonderful gift to women to help them at this exciting time in their lives.

Postnatal

With my private postnatal yoga classes I aim to offer a unique combination of Yoga and Pilates, specifically designed to help a women recover from labour, regain core strength as well as help the body realign in the comfort of their own home. These bespoke sessions will have a great emphasis on the restoration and rejuvenation of the new mum, giving her time to clam in the minds, relax & find balance in what can be a very wonderful yet often stressful and challenging time. Through these yoga sessions I hope to offer time for new mums to enjoy their yoga with their baby, providing the perfect way for both mum & baby to relax and bond, as well as ofering time for new mums look after themselves. 

As a new mum it can be very difficult to get to a yoga class or a studio, so these postnatal classes are the ideal way to enjoy all the benefits of a postnatal yoga class from the comfort of your own home. You can enjoy a personal session while your baby is sleeping, or they can even join in for the fun.  Each sessions will be tailored to your needs and can fit around you and your babies schedule.

1:2:1 Yoga

Private yoga classes are the perfect way to develop your yoga practice with personally tailored classes to suit your needs. London city life can be incredibly full and demanding, so if getting to a class is proving difficult then a 1:2:1 yoga class that works for your schedule might be the way forward. I has been working with privates of all abilities and lifestyles for many years with wonderful results, proving that there is always way to make time for yourself in life!

Whether you’re completely new to yoga or a regular yogi, you can benefit from these private classes to both clean up and deepen your practice further. I work with you towards a goal whether it be weight loss, relaxation, learning the foundations of yoga or developing an advanced practice, in a fun and lighthearted way. I also works with yoga therapeutics, offering specialised yoga practices for injuries, espescially back pain or injury. 

1:2:1’s are a great way to enjoy either a dynamic yoga class, or a more soothing restorative practice in the comfort of your own home. Skype Yoga - Private Online Yoga Sessions

I am delighted to now offer private yoga sessions over skype, making it possible to enjoy your yoga sessions from anywhere in the world. If you travel a lot with work or your schedule means it can be hard to get to a studio, then why not book in for a private online yoga sessions, bringing your yoga teacher into your living room/hotel room in a second. This is an amazing way to enjoy all the benefits of a private yoga session no matter where you are.. meaning you can even roll out of bed, onto your mat, press a button and there I am.. ready to go - So Easy!

Corporate Yoga

Corporate yoga classes are a wonderful addition to the office, offering wellbeing, relaxation and fitness to your employees. I am passionate about bringing health and wellbeing into corporate environments to promote a happy working life as well as boosting clarity, focus and creativity.  

With work often being the dominant cause of stress in this country, it is important to keep employees relaxed and calm, enabling them to have a better quality of life both in and out of the work place. I provide 1 hour or 45 min classes within your work place during lunch or after work. This is a great opportunity for your staff to exercise and relax, taking a short break from their busy schedules to reassess and rebalance, enabling them to go back to work with a fresh mind and restored body, or to unwind after a busy working day. Corporate yoga has proved to be a great way to bring employees together in a social way and is a wonderful wellbeing benefit to provide to employees. They will definitely be grateful!

    Yoga & Mindfulness Workshops 


    Mata Yoga offers unique bespoke yoga, mindfulness & wellbeing workshops. These are a great way to bring awareness to employees, offering practical ways to stay relaxed and comfortable at work, as well as tools to help boost creativity, productivity & communication. These workshops are designed specifically for your company, offering an insightful and engaging workshop that will be relevant to what you do and what they will benefit from. Workshops can run from 1 hour to a whole day and can include a range of topics.
    A few examples are:

    • Yoga at your desk - a series of yoga stretches to be comfortable at work
    • Office Mindfulness - Ways to stay calm and be mindful in the work space
    • Meditation on the move - Small meditation techniques you can do anywhere
